Girls Concern Org was formed on September 16th 2019 by Muhubo Idle who is a young woman from the pastoralist Somali community, Having worked with both local and international actors in the development space, she took it upon herself to rally fellow young women to realize her vision of creating a better tomorrow for girls not only in her community but across the globe. She has since then partnered with donors, government officials, activists and community leaders to enhance resilience of women and girls.

Holding of motivation talks in schools, peer to peer mentorship sessions among students and provision of school uniforms to orphan children.
A sexual and reproductive health project that aims at attaining zero gender based violence, zero preventable child mortality and zero unmet need of contraception
Provision of start up capital to young women and also opening of soap factory and training more women to be making soap and gaining salary for the same.
This three-day training workshops equips the adolescent girls with skills and knowledge on how to evolve into strong community leaders wherever they go.
She is the founder and director at girl concern, She spearheaded the formation of the young movers club that nurtures young pastoralist leaders
